Preserve Your History

You can permanently preserve your original documents, personal history, papers, diaries, journals, letters, photographs, and materials for future generations — by donating them to our women’s archives. When you donate your private papers, we create a personal collection in your name, to house your memorabilia permanently.

Any woman may donate her papers to BYU Special Collections for preservation. This ensures far greater longevity of the originals by housing them in a permanent archive.

The mission of L. Tom Perry Special Collections is to preserve information about the lives, work, and histories of LDS Church members, and other people within the Mormon, western, and American experience. Women’s personal documents, materials and photos are preserved in our Mormon Women’s Collections, which are archived in the Harold B. Lee Library– one of the finest libraries in the western U.S.
