MWSR Mission & Goals

Mission:

Compile information, resources and materials about Mormon women, and provide public access or links to these materials, in one location.


Goals:

  • Collect and preserve materials about Mormon women in a permanent archival repository.

  • Document the history, work, lives, contributions, faith, struggles, and heroism of Mormon women.
  • Maintain an online resource directory for works related to Mormon women.
  • Provide access and tools for scholarly research and personal inquiry about Mormon women.

The MWSR is owned, operated and maintained by the Harold B. Lee Library at BYU. 
Any use or reproduction of information on these pages should be properly cited and credited with acknowledgement to the Mormon Women’s Studies Resource at BYU.
